• Drive through the Neighborhood as needed
• Review Violations Status
• Review Architectural Committee Submission Form, also known as Architectural Committee Compliance Requests or ACC Requests)
• Review changes in zoning that may impact the neighborhood
• Present ACC Requests, as necessary, to the Board for review and approval
• Present request for hearings, recommended actions, recommended solutions to the Board
• Point of contact for Homeowners for Compliance Issues

• Improve Property Values by the elimination of Dallas City Code and Neighborhood Deed Restriction violations
