NDNA Survey

Thanks to all of you for taking the time to take the recent NDNA survey; we had a great response and would like to summarize some of the findings for you.

  • 43% of the respondents represented HOA’s of fewer than 200 homes
  • There was a 2:1 ratio of voluntary to mandatory HOA’s
  • Tuesday is the preferred meeting day, and
  • The majority wants communication via electronic means.

The four major topics which you indicated you’d like more information about include:

  • Training on how to recruit volunteers
  • What’s going on at City Hall
  • Neighborhood security, and
  • Helping the environment

These and other areas of interest will be addressed at future membership meetings.

Again, we thank you for your feedback and we will continue to work hard to provide the information that you need to help your neighborhood associations improve and prosper.

Sincerely,

Lucie Bellew
President - North Dallas Neighborhood Alliance
